About Faith Lutheran
About
We at Faith Lutheran strive to be an energetic faith community where all feel welcome and find a place to belong. Because Faith is rooted in the God’s inclusive grace in Jesus Christ, we welcome and celebrate people of every race, age, culture, national origin, immigration status, ethnicity, language, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, marital status, language or cognitive ability, theological knowledge, education, political perspective, economic condition, or religious background.
As a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), we believe that all people are called to be ministers, living out love of neighbors in their daily lives (Luther’s Priesthood of All Believers). We affirm and call people of every gender identity and sexual orientation into the ministries of the Church.
Through the Holy Spirit, we are becoming a community where all people can experience inclusive grace and contagious love. Whoever you are and wherever you are in your journey of faith, you are welcome here. There is a place for you at Faith.

Our Vision Statement
To be a dynamic, energized worshiping community where all are growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ, one another and those beyond our walls.
ELCA
Faith Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Minneapolis Area Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). The ELCA seeks to activate each of us so more people know the way of Jesus and discover community, justice and love so that the world experiences the difference God’s grace and love in Christ make for all people and creation. The ELCA’s values are grounded in faith, in our biblical and Lutheran confessional sources and our love of God and neighbor.
